›Do I need a card to start?
No. The 7-day trial needs only your email — you verify with an OTP and your shop is live. You pay only if you continue.
›Will it handle my GST properly?
Yes — GST tax invoices with gapless per-GSTIN numbering, date-effective HSN rates (never hardcoded), credit/debit notes for corrections, and GST summary reports on the Apr–Mar financial year. e-invoice (IRN) and e-way queues are built in.
›Can a posted bill be edited?
Never silently. A posted bill is corrected with a credit or debit note — the same discipline your CA expects, with a full audit trail.
›What about truck tyres and warranty?

›Is my data locked in?

›Can my staff use it without breaking things?
Roles (owner/manager/staff) plus per-person permission exceptions. Staff see exactly what you allow; every action lands in the audit log.
›Does it work for multiple branches?
Yes — branch-wise stock, transfers with challans, per-branch GSTIN invoices, and branch-scoped staff.
›How do WhatsApp reminders work?
A monthly free allowance is included; beyond it you top up prepaid credits. OTPs and system alerts are always free. Every send is logged with masked numbers.
›What happens when my trial ends?
Your data stays safe and untouched — access pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is ever deleted on expiry.
