The short version
Your shop’s data belongs to your shop. We store it to run the product, we isolate it from every other shop, we never sell it, and you can export or take it away at any time.
What we collect
Your account details (email, shop name), and the business records you create in the app — sales, purchases, stock, job cards, customers, staff records. We collect what the product needs to work; nothing hidden.
How your data is protected
Every shop’s data is isolated at the database level (row-level security) — shop A can never see shop B. Passwords are hashed, sessions are short-lived tokens, financial history is append-only, and every sensitive action is written to an audit log. Nightly backups protect against loss.
WhatsApp & phone numbers
When you enable WhatsApp reminders, we send messages to your customers on your behalf. Message logs store only masked numbers; OTP contents are never stored anywhere. STOP-style opt-outs are respected.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never share it with other shops, never mine your customer list, and never lock you in — the full export lives in your Settings, one click away.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card/UPI credentials.
Questions or deletion requests
Write to [email protected]. Export your data first if you wish — then we delete on request.
